the mechanism of the process

 The HeNAA in order to fulfill its mandate plans and implements the necessary infrastructure and procedures and recruits the appropriate personnel. The mechanism of these processes inside the NAA will include:

• physical safeguarding of the archived material in specifically designed climate control spaces 
• maintenance, restoration and digitization of the archived material using state of the art technologies and equipment 
• collections management (cataloguing, documentation) 
• access and dissemination (local, on-line, for the general public and for special interest groups).
